Prime Lands introduced several new approaches into the traditional real estate development industry. The first of such approaches was adapting prefab concrete to high end construction. PL, through the expertise of its sister company AlfiniqiaConstruction, achieved a stark success in this endeavour, combining to good effect quality with lightning speed execution.

The other innovation that PL unveiled successfully at ARV was the integration of highly advanced security systems with high end residential architecture. The security systems fit seamlessly into the prevalent architectural finesse.
PL also managed to engage the market actively in the development stages of the project. This differs from conventional projects where the tenant is, typically, presented with a final finished product.
